As predicted, I didn't make it up to midnight on New Year's Eve. My bed was calling my name at 11 pm. Luckily our company left at 9 pm (a really wild party), so I didn't feel too bad about throwing in the towel early. I probably have the same social life as an 80 year old.
But I did start my 2013 off with a mimosa for breakfast, which has to be a sign that this will be a good year. Everything is better when champagne is involved, right?

Sorry to hear you didn't make it past 11, haha!
ReplyDeleteLoving this bright yellow cardigan on you. So cute!!
The Blue Hour
Ha I fell asleep too. Woke up for a second at 12:07 then rolled back over and slept the rest of the night. I did make the most of yesterday though, so that's what counts. Had breakfast out, went shopping, took a yoga class then went out to dinner. We also had a lovely dinner out on NYE.
ReplyDeleteRight! lol I can't believe I made it..I was up since 5am and didn't go to bed until 6am! I really like the blue plaid shirt and yellow cardigan, very cute!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, everything is better with champagne for sure! We made it past midnight somehow or other. The fiance is good at staying up late, which helps keep me up too.
ReplyDeleteCute outfit! It makes me think of spring, which I am so ready for haha :)
Totally! Champagne makes everything better! Happy 2013 hun xoxo

New Years Eve celebrations can be a bit over ratted. One year I did the whole club thing and well it turned out to be a mess. Sometimes you just need to be with the one you love the most.
ReplyDeleteMmm mimosa! Nothing wrong with going to bed early :) A girl's gotta get her beauty sleep, right?!
ReplyDeletehehe im such a party pooper too..always in bed by 9 but i actually made it this year! great look hun :)
