Emerald green has been named Pantone's Color of the Year. Glad this color has a pretty sounding name, unlike the oxblood debacle. Plus I've got a bunch of it in my closet already. (I'm assuming whoever picked it as color of the year does too).
Are you a fan of emerald?
Have a great weekend, loves!

Hi Sharon! Thanks so much for dropping by and following...following you back! LOVE your blog, for I too am petite(4'11") and I LOVE fashion! Have a great weekend! ;-)
ReplyDeleteSharon! awh, thank you! That is great coming from you. Emerald? Yes! I love most colors and I always get drawn to the color of the year because I see it so much. Ya, I'm a sponge. hahahaaha. I still love that outfit you had on earlier this week with the Emerald Sweater under the browns (jacket and scarf with the cool belt). Now trot off to any thrift shop and get yourself a mustard top. Oh and I love this post because of the SEQUINS!!! LOL
ReplyDeleteLove the mix of sequins and plaid...great outfit!

ReplyDeleteOh, I love it! I'm a huge fan of dressed down sequins; I even wore a really similar outfit when I was in Vegas (gold sequin tank w/ red plaid button up & shorts w/ tights). I'd wear this outfit in a heartbeat.

ReplyDeleteOh, I do love emerald, or any shade of green really, but I have so little of it in my closet. (In fact, I think I have exactly two items that are emerald green, everything else is olive green!) I'm going to try to be good about shopping this year but I am going to see if I can find something really special in that color. ;)
ReplyDeleteI am loving emerald! What beautiful picks.
